The phone carriers have to approve your business before it can send texts. They check these against IRS records, so the name has to match exactly, character for character.

Copy it off the letter rather than from memory. "Services" against "Service", or a comma before LLC, counts as a different business to them.
Nine digits, on the same letter. Happy to take this by phone instead if you would rather not type it here. Leave it blank and just tell us on the call.
Some businesses register at an accountant's address or a home address. Leave blank if it is the same.

Firewood

Your site already says $200 a rick and $400 a cord, seasoned, delivered and stacked. We need the rest before people can order and pay online.

Someone in Graham ordering at Wichita Falls prices is the kind of thing that turns into an argument.
We cannot take card payments on the website without an answer to this.

Rock and gravel

Your rock page is live but it cannot quote anyone a price yet, so it is doing half a job. These fill it in.

You told us you offer all three. We need what separates them on price.

What we can say about you

These go into your estimates and your follow up messages. We have deliberately left them out so far rather than guess and put words in your mouth.

We will not promise a time on your behalf until you tell us a real one.
